An oft found book, but rarely with the original dust jacket. Undated, but probably early 1960s, a tale of a family trading in a smaller motor cruiser and buying Kelvinia, one of the well-respected Saunders Roe, Medina class vessels.
There’s a story here of course… Kelvinia still exists today, but she is a completely stripped-out shell, held in place by internal cross-timbers and settling nicely into a field somewhere in France. Very sad. Most of her internal joinery has gone and all her fittings have been re-used on another Medina Class, which lacked much of her own original equipment.
Condition as seen in pictures.
