TERMS – We want you to be delighted with your new acquisition, so if you don’t like what you receive you can return it for a full refund, provided you send it back to by recorded delivery or courier within 30 days of receipt. We ask that you pay the return postage costs and on safe receipt we will refund the original outbound shipping costs along with the full purchase cost. (This means we share the shipping costs between us.)
To qualify for either refund, the item must arrive back at the Motor Boat Gallery premises in the same packaging and condition as it left (please note, we record all items photographically before they are sent out). We also suggest you keep proof of postage and you insure the item in case it goes missing – we cannot be responsible for items that go missing during the return delivery.
Please note, the terms above do not apply to the sale of boats or engines, which are covered by a separate agreement for each sale.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
POSTAGE – All prices include postage within the UK unless otherwise stated, however, delivery costs for all boats and large items will be by separate negotiation. Postage will be by Royal Mail signed-for service, or equivalent, and all items will be insured.
Postage to Highlands and Islands and ex. UK will be at extra cost.
